About Finsor
Spin-off from Helsinki University of Technology
Finsor was founded in September 2006 as a Helsinki University of Technology spin-off to develop advanced sensors and associated electronics for dynamic force sensing. The founders have a strong background in R&D projects within electronic devices and sensors, and software development.
Venture Cup Winner in 2007
Finsor was rewarded with the first prize in 2007 Venture Cup business plan competition. The panel ruled that Finsor has developed an interesting product, and has already references from succesful business. Finsor's business plan was described as clear and convincing.
Venture Cup was held for the 7th time with over 300 participants.

Since it's founding, Finsor has strengthened it's key expertice in signal processing, machine learning and data mining area.
